A road safety excursion for Pre-kinders and kindergarten Children

In their early years, children need lots of assistance from adults to manage the risks associated with road use. As they grow and develop, and with the help of adults, children become increasingly aware of how they can manage their own safety, and become safer road users.

We took advantage this week of the Kew Traffic School program and our Cycle 1 Montessori-STEM kindergarten children went on a school trip as part of their inquiry based learning project to understand the rules on road safety.

We all had so much fun learning!!
